Each product page features a detailed 'Size & Fit' guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your results to our charts. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a compression feel.
What is Kona's return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear must have the protective liner intact to be eligible for a refund.
How should I care for my technical apparel?
To preserve the moisture-wicking and compression properties of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and hanging to dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can break down performance fibers.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping at checkout for athletes who need their gear ready for an upcoming event.
Does Kona offer a warranty on equipment?
Yes, all Kona hardware and equipment come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
